We are a London based creative agency founded in 2004, that specialises in creating unique solutions/brand positioning by understanding the brand through strategic insight.
We are passionate about digging deep and delivering solutions, which change perspectives
and add value to our clients' brands.
Our aim is to work hard and smart for clients to make their businesses better in all aspects.
Brand42 has a goal to be the best - but we don't think that means we need to be the biggest.
For us, everything we do is about results and the fact that most of our clients have retained
us for a number of years speaks volumes.

Inside B42
Why Brand42
We pride ourselves on digging deep and creating value for our clients in everything we do. We see opportunities where others find problems. We never say never! But are honest and will advise what we believe is right for you, even if that means putting you in contact with the best people to deliver your project.

We have extensive experience in delivering digital solutions which increase user engagement, increase site revenue, improve dwell time and encourage sharing. We are UX focused.

The sites we have designed and built receive a combined
traffic flow of over 57 million visitors every month, and so we believe we have the technical resource and commercial success to deliver the best solutions for our clients.
Why the 42?
We always start by asking the right questions in order to create the right creative answer/solution.
Only when we have the Why, do we start on the How.

We have great coffee and a good selection of biscuits as we work together to find the solutions to your problems.

Footnote on 42

The "42" in Brand42 was originally inspired by Douglas Adam's "The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy".Through archival recordings, he relates the story of a race of hyper-intelligent pan-dimensional beings who built a computer named Deep Thought to calculate the Answer to the Ultimate Question of Life, the Universe, and Everything. When the answer was revealed to be 42, Deep Thought had predicted that another computer, more powerful than itself would be made and designed by it to calculate the question for the answer.
